One of the most common methods of giving another dimension to a sign panel, is to router cut and fold it, to produce a sign tray. Suddenly panels have depth and presence, and the returns mean that it is no longer necessary to fix through the face of the panel, producing an overall cleaner look.

We manufacture our sign trays using Dibond, due to its superior machining characteristics, and guaranteed quality.

Our trays are bonded using high grade, two-part adhesives, to provide a fixing-free, apparently seamless finish.

We can produce many shapes, and engineer patterns to produce complex forms, in any of the finishes available.

Long fascias can be produced in runs, and trays can be stencil-cut, with push-through acrylic letters, for illumination....
